Microsoft Dynamics CRM Named Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant
Microsoft Dynamics CRM has been named a leader quadrant in Gartner Inc.’s 2011 Magic Quadrant for CRM Customer Service Contact Centers. The report looks at customer relationship management software for customer service representatives in the contact center.
