 Manage Luggage and Baggage
Storage
Accept luggage
into the facility and manage the storage of items for
your customers. Charge different daily or fixed
rates.
Sell Stock Items
GPOS
allows you to hold a inventory of stock items and
manage and track the sales of these items. No need for a
seperate cash register or Point of Sale
system!
View Reports
GPOS
produces all the reports you need to see what's going
on. Includes :
1. End of Shift and End of
Period - Transactions and a Summary over time

Activity Report - see what is going on right now
3.
Stock Report - full stock-take or spotcheck on your
items in stock and in storage.
Fraud
Prevention
GPOS has a number of key features
that actively prevent fraud. For example :

When storing left luggage items the customer's docket
and the luggage label produced by GPOS can only be
matched via the system. This will prevent a fraudulent
user pocketing the service charge when a customer hands
the docket back in.
2. Key user functions
are recorded in the audit log and held so you can see
exactly who logged in when and what actions they
took!

No special hardware
required. GPOS will run on any PC (Dell or your Windows
PC supplier). Add to that a receipt printer - we
recommend the Epson T88iii, and a label printer and you
will be up and running in minutes. GPOS does
not need internet access, network connections or
wireless!
